هيئة التحقيق والإدّعاء العام ..؟ هيئة تدقيق القضايا تنقض حكم فصل الموظف حديث التعيين..؟ نقضت هيئة تدقيق القضايا في ديوان المظالم الحكم الذي أصدرته إحدى الإدارات العريقة بخدماتها والموثوق بها بمنطقة الرياض بالفصل التعسُّفي لموظف حديث التعيين من قبل مديره المباشر بالقسم الذي تفاجأ بتعيينه منذ شهراً تقريباً بعد عودته من الإجازه ، ليتورّط في تسليم مستندات رسميّة مباشرة لخطاب شخصي وسرّي لأحد الإدارات التابعة لتلك الإدارة العريقة التي ليس لها علم بالأمر المتعلّق بإنهاء خدمات هذا الموظّف بعد فتره من تعيينه بعد تجاوز الإختبارات التي أجريت له بنجاح كأحد الشروط اللازمة بالإضافة إلى المقابلة الشخصيّه..............؟ علماً بأن هيئة تدقيق القضايا باشرت النظر في القضية وأقرت فصل الموظف المسؤول بتسليم ذلك الخطاب من وظيفته بعد التأكّد من ثبوت تزوير الخطاب وتزييف الحقائق،كما رأت أن الموظف المتورط خرج على مقتضى الواجب الوطني والوظيفي وسلك مسلكا لا يتفق مع ديننا الإسلامي و حسن السيرة والسلوك،ولم يترفع عمّا يخلّ بشرف الوظيفة وكرامتها حيث صدر بحقه قرار شرعي من المحكمة الكبرى بالرياض (بالسجن إحدىعشرة "11سنة") وتغريمه خمسة ملايين ريال سعودي #5000,000 ريال سعودي# لتورّطه بتسليم الخطاب المُزوَّر واستغلال منصبه في التزوير وتزييف الحقائق في أوراق رسميّة عليها شعار تلك الإدارة والإساءة لسمعتها في القضيّة.إستناداً لأحكام المادتين الخامسةوالسادسة من نظام مكافحة التزوير وقرار مجلس الوزراء#رقم223# لعام1399هـ.. كما بين المصدر أن تصرفات أي موظف لا تقتصر على ما يبدر منه في مجال عمله الوظيفي إنما يسأل كذلك عما يصدر عنه خارج نطاق عمله متى كان ذلك السلوك يؤثر على سمعته الوظيفية وكرامته،وصدر الحكم بتغريم تلك الإدارة العريقة بما لا يقلُّ عن خمسين مليون ريال سعودي#50،000،000 ريال سعودي# عند تواطئها أو التستّر عن أحد موظّفيها ممن تُسوّل له نفسه القيام بجريمة التزوير وتزييف الحقائق والتي تعتبر من جرائم غسيل الأموال المُستنكرة من جميع الدول وبإختلاف الأديان المُتعارف بها. حمى الله وطننا من كل حاسد يتسلّط على رزق أحدٍ من البشر ليقطعه عنه..؟
